Characteristics of the Vega Sicilia Único Magnum 2010:
Grape varieties: Predominantly Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) with a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Preparation: The meticulous selection of grapes and the fermentation process are complemented by prolonged aging of approximately 10 years. This process includes aging in French and American oak barrels, followed by refining in the bottle.
Aroma: Complex and elegant, with notes of ripe black fruits, spices, tobacco, leather and balsamic touches. You can also find nuances of cocoa and coffee.
Taste: In the mouth it is balanced, with a robust but harmonious structure. The tannins are soft and well integrated, providing a silky texture. The acidity is perfectly balanced, giving it freshness and long aging potential. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant sensation of fruits and spices.
Presentation: In magnum format (1.5 liters), which favors a slower and longer evolution of the wine, preserving its freshness and complexity for longer.
